You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders using cash at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for fulfilled by ABARCY and some seller fulfilled items.

To verify your mobile number for COD payment method:
When choosing Cash on Delivery payment method your mobile number needs to be verified on ABARCY.
After choosing Cash on Delivery as your delivery method, you will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password that will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Once done, click Continue to proceed with your order.
In case you do not receive the OTP:
Revise payment is an ABARCY feature which allows you to retry your payment method or use another one if your transaction failed in the previous attempt.
To revise payment on your order, follow the steps given below:

Important: Do not send your card number via email, as this is not a secure transmission method.

If the charge is not explained by any of these situations, please contact us with the following information:
Orders may be split into multiple deliveries or even multiple orders. However, the total amount charged should add up to the amount displayed when the order was placed.
Items from a single order may be sent as more than one delivery for several reasons. The most common are:
The order summary in Your Account will show the amount charged for each delivery, as well as the total charged per order.
If you see a duplicate charge for the same order on your statement, contact your Bank.
Payments made on ABARCY could sometimes fail or remain in a pending stage.

In any of the above cases, you will have the option to Revise Payment in Your Account. In any of these cases we'll send you an email to notify you of the payment failure.
Note: If your payment is still processing, you will see a "We haven't received payment confirmation from your bank or credit card yet". In such cases, do not attempt paying a second time unless you're sure that your payment failed.
