ABARCY Return Policy

Items shipped from ABARCY can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories).

After the courier has received your item, it can take up to one week for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to two weeks for Marketplace Seller orders. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

ABARCY Global Return Policy

Items can be returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt of delivery using our Customer Service. It can take up to two to four weeks for an item to reach us once you return it.

ABARCY Global items can take two to four weeks for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfilment center, allow for up to two business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method you chose. The amount will be refunded in your bank statement. The refund will be processed depending on the refund method you chose.

Note: Global Store items are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

Once the item is received at our fulfilment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your bank account.

• In most cases, used or open box items purchased from ABARCY Warehouse and shipped from Abarcy.co can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some product categories have different policies or requirements associated with them, as set out above.
