Some products shipped and sold by Abarcy may be eligible for repair by the Approved Repair Vendor.
If your item is eligible for repair, you will be offered this as an option in our Customer Service and you will be able to send the item directly to the approved repair vendor.
Usually repairs take up to 18 business days (including delivery time), but could take slightly longer.
The repair process is as follows:
First ,An Abarcy carrier will pick the item will be picked up and deliver it to the approved repair vendor.
Second , the item will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed.
Third , the approved repair center will inspect the item and diagnose the issue.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge by the approved repair vendor and returned to you at no additional cost.
Sending your item for a repair, and the repair itself is generally free of charge.
If the defect is covered under manufacturer warranty, pickup, repair and return of repaired item will also be free of charge.
If the problem is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or if the warranty has been voided
(for example if the item has been accidentally damaged), you will be contacted by Abarcy Customer Service on the reason for repair rejection and the item will be returned back to you without repair free of charge.
All eligible Abarcy Warehouse products are covered by warranty for 1 year. You can return your item for a full refund in case of any defects, however repair option is not available for Warehouse products
